Anday, Vice- President of PLAI- STRLC will discuss the Overview of Rationale of the Project of IFLA- FAIFE and Internet Manifesto, Implementating the Internet Manifesto by Ms. Ivy Rose Y. Atienza, LAQueP-LInc Secretary , The Current Role of Internet in Philippine Libraries: Scenarios and Trends, LAQueP-LInc Vice President, Laws and Policies Regulating Intenet Access in the Philippines will be discussed by Ms. Jenalyn Pancho, NOMELEC of PLAI- STRLC, and Mrs. Augusta Rosario A. Villamater, Treasurer of PLAI- STRLC and President of LAQueP-LInc will be discussing the How to Write An Internet Use Policies. LAQueP-LInc also invites interested book companies to contribute and be part in the celebration of its 3rd year anniversary .

The seminar-workshop aims to: enhance the personality of librarians in dealing with customers; strengthen the communication skills; and gain knowledge on revolutionizing information thru internet manifesto.
Participants are professional librarians and non-professional librarians working on both public and private libraries.
The forum fees are as follows: Php 500.00 for members and Php 600.00 for non-members which will include seminar kits, snacks, and lunch.
